Thanks to John McCullough (Education Officer Castle Espie) we have established a partnership in which Strides regularly volunteer and carry out a variety of different jobs around the WWT site. These jobs include; general maintenance, mending fences, bagging duck feed, preparing activity packs for school children and clearing litter. It is extremely rewarding to know we are doing our bit for our local community/enviroment while also developing teamwork, communication, learning and a sense of fulfilment.
