Thanks to John McCullough (Education Officer Castle Espie) we have established a partnership in which Strides regularly volunteer and carry out a variety of different jobs around the WWT site. These jobs include; general maintenance, mending fences, bagging duck feed, preparing activity packs for school children and clearing litter. It is extremely rewarding to know

Here at Strides we put huge emphasis on physical and mental well-being. Julie from Movement & Milestones comes in on a weekly basis and leads the group in a Pilates session. Getting in touch with our inner zen has proved to be a massive hit.

We got invited by Ciaran from Pizza Crew to come into the shop and have a pizza making workshop.
